Where is the event?

The festival is held at Garrison Grounds, located on the southwest side of Citadel Hill National Historic Site. The entrances are off Sackville Street and Ahern Avenue. Please refer to your ticket confirmation for your designated entry gate.

Are accessible tickets available?

We have a wheelchair platform and accessible washrooms on-site. The platform has limited capacity, so if you need access, please contact us before purchasing a ticket.

How much are tickets?

General admission tickets range from $162.50 (Tier 1) to $209.83. VIP tickets range from $267.67 (Tier 1) to $314.98 (Tier 3). Prices include tax and fees

What tickets are for sale?

General admission All Ages and 19+ tickets are available, plus there is a VIP option for those aged 19 and over. Valid photo ID is required to enter both the 19+ and VIP sections.

If you plan to attend the concert with someone under 19 and want to watch the show together, you should purchase All Ages tickets.

You cannot move back and forth between the All Ages and 19+ sections.

What are tiers?

Each ticket type (All Ages, 19+, VIP) has 3 tiers, beginning at Tier 1. These tiers are simply price points that offer the earliest buyers the best deal — every tier provides the same on-site experience.

Tiers are based on capacity, so tickets may move to the next tier at any time.

Can I buy a weekend pass?

No, multi-day passes aren’t available, only single-day tickets

Is there an age restriction?


• Persons aged 5–14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times. (Minimum of one adult per four minors).

• Subject to capacity, children under 5 may enter the All Ages section for free when accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or guardian. A maximum of 2 children under 5 may be admitted for free per ticket-holder.

• Some performances may contain content not suitable for children. Parental discretion is advised.

Can I bring someone underage into the licensed 19+ area?

No. The 19+ area is strictly for adults with valid photo ID.

Is re-entry allowed once I have my wristband?

No. If you leave the site, you will not be permitted to re-enter that day.

Will there be a site map available?

Yes. A general site map is available on the ticketing page now, with more updates to come.

What forms of payment are accepted?

• A credit card, debit Visa or debit Master Card is required to purchase tickets.
• We have a cashless site. On-site purchases will be credit or debit only.

Is the festival rain or shine?

What happens if an artist cancels?

All scheduled performances, including headliners, are subject to change or cancellation without notice. No refunds will be issued due to artist changes or cancellations.

ACCESSIBILITY

Is the festival site accessible?
The Garrison Grounds is a challenging site with grassy and sometimes uneven terrain—we understand that it may not be fully accessible to everyone. We’re working to improve the site for all and welcome feedback.

We currently offer:

• Wheelchair platform (Limited capacity – contact us before purchasing a ticket.)
• On-site staff assistance for those with mobility concerns

Is there reserved accessible parking?
Accessible city parking is available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. To find accessible parking in downtown Halifax, check out this interactive map.

Are service animals allowed?
Only assistance animals, with a valid assistance certificate, are permitted. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals, and pets are not allowed to accompany you to the site.

SAFETY & MEDICAL

Will there be medical staff on-site?
Yes! First aid responders and paramedics will be available. Look for the first aid station.

Are naloxone kits available?
Security and medical staff are trained in administering naloxone for opioid-related incidents and will have some on hand.

Can I bring prescription medications?
Yes, but they must be in original packaging and the name must match your photo ID.

What if I see something happening that doesn’t seem right?
If you see something, say something. Flag down security, HRP, or a team member.

This event is Rain or Shine. All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Lineup is subject to change. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.
